A Seaside woman and her daughter have been identified in a fatal crash that occurred in Livermore over the weekend. Officials say 40-year-old Esperanza Morales-Rodriguez and her infant, 14-month-old Juli, were walking outside an apartment complex Saturday afternoon when they were hit and killed by a suspected drunk driver. Two other children were also injured in the crash. They are now in stable condition. The driver, 35-year-old Brian Jones, was arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while driving under the influence. He has since been released on bail. A GoFundMe account has been set up to help the family of Esperanza and Juli pay for funeral costs. As of today, the page has nearly reached its goal of $20,000.
