A U.S. District Court judge has barred the city of Santa Cruz from clearing the homeless encampment in the Benchlands….at least through the end of June. Federal Judge Susan Van Keulen said she wants to see the Covid-19 tracking metrics continue in a downward positive direction. The next status conference is scheduled to be held June 29th.
