The Monterey County District Attorney’s Office has filed charges against a Pacific Grove man. 58 year old David Russell Stamm is all eged to have molested to children under 14 years old when he was the owner of the Monterey batting cages. According to official documents the incidents took place in 1998 through 1999 and the summer of 2005.
