The Santa Cruz County DA’s office arraigned two men on murder charges on Monday. 24 year old Sergio Lopez and 22 year old Jonathan Dominguez-Martinez are being charged with multiple felonies including murder for the fatal shooting 28-year-old Juan Ruiz on Mission Street on July 28th. Both men are due back in court on January 11th.
