The CHP is investigating a fatal accident in rural Santa Clara County. Authorities say a 25 year-old male was driving when he crashed into a power pole and two trees. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Investigators are not sure if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
