The Salinas Police Department has released the identity of a man who was shot and killed on Sunday.
38-year-old Roberto Vargas Hernandez was shot and killed off of East Laurel Drive. Police say a second victim, only identified as a 28-year-old man, was shot but is expected to survive.
No arrests have been made.
