A battle over cannabis delivery in Santa Cruz county is heating up.
Cannabis retailer “East of Eden” from Salinas is suing Santa Cruz county for an ordinance that prohibits out-of- the area weed retailers from delivering cannabis within the county.
But the state says licensed retailers can deliver weed anywhere in the golden state despite local rules. The state attorney general is siding with “east of eden.”
