Heads up! It’s the 37-annual Capitola Art and Wine Festival and while there will be lots of sun and fun… there will also be road closures you should know about.
Starting tomorrow many of the main roads in Capitola Village will be shut down starting at 4-am and re-opening at around 8-pm Sunday. Festival organizers want one and all to come out and enjoy the legendary festival and suggest taking the shuttle, which you can catch at the Capitola mall and it runs about every 20 minutes.
