The builder of a new hotel in Watsonville hopes to have the facility open-for-business by early next year. The new 4-story, 112-room Hampton Inn And Suites is part of the first phase (of a 2-phase) project….that is located on about 7-and-a-half acres at 1715 West Beach Street. Phase 1 also includes 3 retail businesses, a gas station – convenience store – car wash.
