With the planned opening of a new Aptos store scheduled for spring, New Leaf Community Markets says it will hire more than 100 new employees. The jobs start at $15-an hour, health benefits begin at 24-hours-a-week or more, there is a 20 percent employee discount, and scheduling is described as predictable and flexible.
