Dr. Joel Wallach

A biomedical research pioneer, Dr. Joel D. Wallach spent more than 40 years in the field of Veterinary Medicine, observing and researching the effects of individual nutrients on animal health, before becoming a Naturopathic Physician in 1982. Today, Dr. Wallach is renowned for his groundbreaking research on the health benefits of selenium and other minerals. He currently dedicates his time to lecturing throughout the world on the therapeutic benefits of vitamins and minerals, and on lobbying the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on behalf of the dietary supplement industry.

Dr. Wallach has been appearing recently with George Noory on Coast to Coast AM.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a study from the University of Washington. The study looked at the diets of people from 195 countries from 1990 to 2017. They looked at the presence of levels of 15 different types of foods. Finding that poor diets was responsible for one in every five adult deaths in 2017. Thats a total of 11 million deaths stemmed from eating a poor diet.

The counties with the least violence the water had an abundance of this mineral. Stating that all children should be given a hair analysis before starting school.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach a news article regarding a study of CBD or cannabinoid. The study found that CBD can reduce the symptoms of depression and axiety. One out of eight Americans aged 12 or older are on a prescription drug for depression or anxiety. Most people on prescriptions for depression are taking two or more drugs. The CBD supplementation induced long term antidepressant effects.
