Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing the Covid 19 numbers in the U.S. Stating that there have been 22 million infections and over 370,000 deaths. Comparing these numbers against some Asian countries. Which have a lot less infections and deaths compared to the U.S. Stating this is because of the differences in diets. Contending Americans eat a lot of grains that contain gluten. Which destroys the intestines and the body’s ability to make white blood cells to fight the virus. While Asian countries eat rice and sweet potatoes that don’t contain gluten.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article the importance of omega 3 fatty acids for good health. Outlining several health benefits such as reducing cardiovascular disease risk and death. Others such as reducing blood clots, preventing atherosclerosis, lowering triglyceride levels and maintaining normal blood pressure levels.
