Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing bullying, ADD, ADHD and autism. Stating that these are all due to nutritional deficiencies. Asserting that the mother was missing nutrients either during conception or gestation of the infant. Contending that many of these conditions could be helped through nutritional deficiencies.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a Chinese study. The study was looking at how the glycemic load affects a pre-diabetic patient’s odds of becoming a diabetic. The study of almost 500 people that were diagnosed as pre-diabetic and divided into two groups. One group had a high glycemic load baseline the other a low baseline glycemic load. Finding those in the high glycemic load group as the load was reduced the chances of the pre=diabetic patient decreased risk of becoming diabetic. The was little to no change in the low glycemic load group.
