Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing kidney disease. Stating that many people who are on dialysis have nothing wrong with their kidneys. Instead the arteries that carry the dirty blood to the filtering units are plugged. So no dirty blood is getting through. Contending the artieries are not plugged because of cholesterol but because of the consumption of oils.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning vitamin D3 deficiencies. A study has found that those who are vitamin D deficient have double the risk of developing panreatic and colorectal cancers. One study of 80,000 particpants found that those taking a vitamin D supplement lowered their risk of dying of any cancer by 13%. It’s believed that vitamin D boosts the immune system, regulating cell growth and making cancer cells less aggressive.
