Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing his career outlining his ability to uncover what killed 50 sheep in one night. Through an autopsy he discovered the sheep had high levels of nitrates in their systems. Causing the thyroid to enlarge finding that on night the sheep died the temperature dropped 19 degrees and the sheep died from hypothermia.
