Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding dementia. Studies have found that choline found in eggs and meat can reduce the risk of dementia. A study from Finland found that men who had the highest intake of choline lowered their risk of dementia by 28% compared to those with the lowest intake. They also found those with high intakes of choline performed better of cognitive tests.
