Although the Ferguson Fire has sent plumes of smoke across the Yosemite Valley; and Highway 140 has been closed since the weekend, officials at Yosemite Park say all of their trails are still open, as are their campgrounds, lodges and restaurants. The Ferguson Fire, which began Friday, has burned more than 9,000 acres and is 2% contained. Yosemite Cedar Lodge, which is outside the Park, was evacuated over the weekend. The Ferguson Fire is 1 of 56 large blazes burning in the U.S. right now.
