A routine traffic stop in Watsonville led to the arrest of a 15-year old boy Saturday night. Officers discovered the boy was driving without a license in a car he had taken from his mother without her consent. He was pulled over on San Juan Road near Allison Road for driving without headlights. Authorities say the teen’s 2-year old sister was also in the vehicle and not properly secured. With him were 2 other teens. The boy was also found in possession of marijuana. He was booked into Monterey County Juvenile Hall.
