An 18-year-old man was shot in Watsonville early Sunday morning. The victim was shot in front of his residence on the 1-hundred block of Roache Road, as he returned home. He taken to an area hospital, with wounds that were not considered life-threatening. Watsonville Police officers arrested 26-year-old Alberto Ramos Silva on Freedom Boulevard, after reports of him acting suspicious. Silva is believed to be the shooter, and was booked for attempted murder, as well as probation violation, and being drunk in public.
