An early morning apartment-fire in Watsonville on Sunday displaced 4-people. A converted garage and 2-apartments were charred when flames broke out at 2:15 a.m., near martinelli and Madison streets. Watsonville firefighters, along with crews from several other departments, were able to contain the flames in about a half hour. 2-dogs were safely rescued. No injuries were reported; the cause of the fire is under investigation.
