A 2-vehicle wreck in santa cruz monday afternoon caused traffic delays at highway-1 and river street. at about 1:30 p.m., an S.U.V. and another vehicle collided. Santa cruz firefighters used the jaws-of-life to free the occupant of the S.U.V.. the victim was taken to Dominican hospital with injuries described as minor. The driver of the other vehicle refused medical treatment. The scene was cleared by 3 p.m.
