Assemblyman Luis Alejo is asking for nominations for the 28th district’s woman of the year. The award will recognize a woman who has a record of volunteerism and gives back to the 28th assembly district, and someone who generally goes “above and beyond” what is asked. Include a brief biography with your nomination, and any supporting materials, (like newspaper clippings and letters of recommendation). The deadline is January 27th.
