A 26 year-old visitor to Santa Cruz was hit and killed early Monday morning, as she walked on a Santa Cruz street. Bianca Zipper’s body was found just after 2:30 a.m. On seabright avenue, a little south of Broadway. Zipper, who was in town with her husband on vacation, is believed to have been fatally injured during a hit-and-run accident. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, (or has info about the driver), is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Police Department.
