(17:42) SANTA CRUZ- A woman and her two dogs were rescued after falling off a Santa Cruz cliff yesterday (Thursday). Shortly before 11:30 a.m., rescue crews responded to a report of a woman who had fallen into the ocean off of West Cliff Drive near Woodrow Avenue. Upon arrival first responders found that bystanders had pulled the victim’s two dogs to safety but had been unable to reach her. Emergency workers used ropes to pull the woman to safety.
