First year baseball coach, Leroy Dozal, has been dismissed from his job at Watsonville High School. Several sources say that’s because of an incident in the dugout last week, while a school official just said that ‘sometimes people don’t fit in a certain scenario’, and they’ll be looking for a new coach ‘who better fits the direction they wish their sports program to go’. Junior varsity coach James Garza will lead the team until a permanent replacement for Dozal can be found.
