Where, and who, can deliver marijuana to the unincorporated portions of Santa Cruz county is what’s at issue with a new lawsuit against the county. Santa Cruz county officials want to know who is doing business, and where, in their county….and East Of Eden Cannabis Company (which is a licensed cannabis company in Monterey county) says they have a legal right to deliver cannabis anywhere they feel like in California. E.o.E.C.C. filed their lawsuit in Santa Cruz County Superior Court.
