This week's show will feature analysis of the upcoming presidential and senate election with Paul Shone-Boston-based Political consultant. He has been a staffer on presidential campaigns since 1976 (Carter), including Obama for America 2008. He has worked for successful senate and governor's races in Massachusetts and around the country.
Also this week, Spencer Critchley, Spencer Critchley is a communications consultant whose clients have included Obama For America in 2008 and 2012, Congressman Sam Farr, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, National Public Radio, and the Emmy-winning documentary film "Blink". Rachel's third guest is a member of the California Nurses Association and will talk about the “Inclusive Prosperity Act,” H.R. 6411. The bill, introduced in Congress by Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN), is a sales tax on Wall Street speculation and would raise up to $350 billion in revenue annually to be used to rebuild Main Street communities as well as to fund international health, sustainable prosperity and environmental programs.
