In state news…. It looks like so far, the central coast will not endure any public safety power shutoff this weekend due to hot and windy conditions.
Last nite tho, p-g-and e notified customers in Butte, Plumas and Yuba counties to prepare for a potential p-s-p-s beginning Saturday evening. High fire danger is expected to arrive Saturday evening and continue thru Sunday evening… subsiding Monday morning. An estimated 21-thousand customers in those counties are expected to be without power.
P-g and e will inspect the lines and give the “all clear” Within 12 hours.
