Cal-Fire crews are working on weed abatement and fire protection. That’s because the winter rains have led to the rapid growth of a lot of brush and grass. Crews are currently working on mowing the high grass alongside area highways, and they recommend that homeowners begin their work on creating defensible space around their homes and garages.
