A shirtless man stood atop his SUV for about three hours in Watsonville Saturday afternoon. Police say the unarmed man spoke about family members and eventually gave himself up. He was taken for a mental health evaluation and charges are not expected. The incident took place near the intersection of Main Street and Ohlone Parkway.
