(13:36) WATSONVILLE- Watsonville police are investigating a Saturday shooting. At about 12:30 a.m. patrol units responded to a reported shooting at the intersection of East Lake Avenue and Jefferson Street. Upon arrival officers were unable to determine a crime scene and were diverted to the hospital to interview a shooting victim. The victim was uncooperative with detectives before being transported to a trauma center. The shooting is believed to be gang related.
