(17:00) WATSONVILLE- A Watsonville man has been arrested following a probation compliance check. On December 8th Gang Task Force officers observed 31 year old Fulgencio Avalos in a high crime area. A probation search uncovered cocaine and 2200 dollars in cash. Avalos home on the 200 block of Meadow Drive was also searched uncovering a modified loaded handgun. Avalos was booked into county jail on multiple charges.
