Watsonville police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a business early this morning. The incident took place at Ms. Donuts on East Lake Drive shortly before 12:30 a.m. Officials say two men entered the business, held employees and customers at gunpoint and demanded money. The men were unable to open the cash register. They left the business with the tip jar and a customer’s purse. Officers were unable to locate the robbers.
