Watsonville police Gang Task Force Officers Arrested A convicted gang member on Saturday. At about 8:50 p.m., a task force patrol unit made a vehicle code stop near Harkins Slough Road. Upon indentifying a passenger in the vehicle as a paroled felon a compliance search of the car was performed, and a loaded 9 millimeter pistol was found under a seat. 23 year old Ulises Castillo was booked into county jail on being a felon in possession of a firearm and parole violation.
