The City of Watsonville has jumped on what’s being called “the parklet bandwagon.” On Tuesday, the Watsonville council approved the construction of two parklets in the downtown area so restaurants can do outdoor dining.
One site that is being considered as a possible parklet location is the corner of Main street and Maple avenue right outside the Slice Project Pizza restaurant.
