The Watsonville Police Department has announced several internal promotions. Lieutenants David McCartney and Terry Traub were promoted to Deputy Police Chief. Effective October 25th, Sergeant Saul Gonzales will be promoted to Lieutenant and Detective Tony Figueroa to Sergeant.
