A Watsonville gang member and a juvenile were arrested following a Friday traffic stop. Shortly before 11:30 a.m. a patrol unit performed a vehicle stop of a car with four occupants near East Lake and Holohan Road. A 14 year old male fled the vehicle on foot and a foot chase ensued. The teen was apprehended nearby and a loaded gun was recovered. 24 year old Albert Mendoza was arrested for gang probation violations.
