The Watsonville City Council has voted to ban all flavored tobacco products and e-cigarettes until they are approved by the FDA. The ban goes into effect on November 3rd. The city and county of Santa Cruz and the city of Capitola have also banned the sale of flavored tobacco products effective January 1st, 2020.
