Watsonville police responded to an SUV crash early Sunday morning. Officers responded to the 600 block of Tuttle Avenue to find a wrecked SUV on top of a parked car. The driver, 21 year old Steven Vitela was treated for minor injuries and arrested on suspicion of DUI and probation violations.
