A Watsonville man was arrested on weapons charges on Thursday. At about 11 a.m. a patrol unit stopped a vehicle for speeding near Main Street and Riverside Drive. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated and a search of the vehicle was performed. An assault rifle was found during the search and 25 year old Abraham Rosas was arrested on weapons charges.
