A wanted salinas man has surrendered, after being sought since January 25th. Rene cruz reportedly showed up at an attorney’s office, at about 11:30 a.m. Monday. He was wanted in connection with the abduction and possible abuse of 2-children. The children and their mother showed up last week at the salinas police station. The children were placed with child protective services. Cruz is facing multiple charges.
