a new program has been announced in watsonville that is focused on helping small ENTREPRENEURS looking to open a food business. the project, called the commercial kitchen incubator, is an 8-thousand square foot food preparation space, that food vendors can rent to prepare foods for retail sale. along with use of the facility, tenants will get assistance with their business plans as well as technical assistance from on-site advisors. the program is being launched by the el pajaro community development corporation. the riverside drive facility is expected to open within the next 4 months.
