A vigil was held last night at Mee Memorial Hospital in King City. It was for those workers who lost their jobs in the hospital’s recent lay-offs. They said this is putting patient care at risk. Numerous people have signed a petition urging the hospital’s C.E.O. to hold a town hall meeting to address concerns about Staffing Cuts, Unit Closures and Patient Care.
