The California Highway Patrol has released the identity of the woman who was killed in a car crash on Highway 68 llast Tuesday. 64 year old Gayle Starr Paula Benedikt of Salinas died when she turned into oncoming traffic. A Marina man sustained non life threatening injuries in the collision.
