Authorities have released the identity of the victim of a fatal car accident that took place on friday on highway-17. 57-year-old Gerard Wener was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck, which occurred near Laurel road. 3-other people were hospitalized following the 10:45 a.m. accident.
