Santa Cruz county residents, who rely on ventilators, respiratory devices, dialysis machines, feeding devices or other motorized equipment (or refrigerated medications) are asked to fill out a brief survey. That’s so that the county officials know who their most vulnerable residents are, and have accurate information for those residents, in case an extended power shut-off is deemed necessary by P. G. & E.
