Veh Into Seaside Canal 02/13/19B 12:03 S.S.

A  vehicle   went  into  a  canal  in  Seaside  this  morning.     That  after  the  driver  lost  control  of  the    vehicle  on  highway  1  around  9  o’clock  this  morning.     The  vehicle  was  reportedly  pulled  out  of  the  canal  just  before  10:30  this  morning.
