SALINAS – 2 people died in a solo-vehicle crash in Salinas early Sunday. 20 year-old driver Osvaldo Garcia, and his 24 year-old passenger Daniella Perez, were pronounced dead-at-the-scene after Garcia lost control of his car on East Alisal Street near Front Street, and it hit the center median, and then slid across both lanes and into the support pillar of the train bridge there.
