A man, who shot his Watsonville landlord, is scheduled to be arraigned this week. Manuel Perez shot his landlord Monday evening (on the 600 block of Rodriguez Street….grazing 46 year-old Morro Martinez’s chest. During a struggle between the gunman and his victim, a second round was fired, and it went through the gunman’s hand, and into his sister. The 2 men have since been released from the hospital, and the teen girl is still being treated.
