Two more men have been arrested and two others are being sought in a multi-agency gang sweep across the Monterey Peninsula. 21-year-old Ronald Tinsley was arrested in Marina and 23-year-old Terence Mathews was found being held in Monterey County Jail on unrelated charges. He was re-arrested. Officers are still seeking 22-year-old Dexter Barnett and 21-year-old Frank James. The operation was initiated following a series of clashes between Norteño and Crips gang members stemming from the March 15th murder of Khaleel Johnson in Sand City.
